Customer Reviews
Good cigars, quick shipping
Ordered Rocky Patel Decade cigars. They arrived fast and were in perfect shape. No complaints.
Easy to find what I needed
Got some Acid Cigars by Drew Estate last week. The website was pretty easy to use, found them quick. Delivery was fine, no issues. The cigars were fresh and exactly what I wanted. Definitely makes buying cigars online less of a hassle.
Consistently reliable orders
This was my third order from Big City Cigars, and as usual, everything was consistent. I got a sampler pack of Arturo Fuente Opus X this time, and the quality was just as I remembered from previous purchases. Their packaging for cigars is always top-notch, ensuring they arrive fresh. I appreciate that I can count on them for reliable delivery and authentic products every time. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other places; I know what I'm getting here.
Good selection, slow shipping
I ordered a box of Oliva Serie V Melanio cigars from Big City Cigars. The selection on their site is really good, and the price was fair compared to other places I checked. The cigars arrived in good condition, properly humidified. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 7 business days, even though it said 3-5. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, a solid experience, but they could improve on the delivery speed.
Fantastic experience all around
I just received my order of Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real cigars and a new torch lighter, and I am so happy with Big City Cigars! Everything was packaged perfectly, and the cigars arrived in pristine condition, ready to enjoy. The website was super easy to navigate, and finding exactly what I wanted was a breeze. Shipping was much faster than I anticipated; it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. This is definitely my new go-to for cigars and accessories. I'm already planning my next order for some My Father Le Bijou 1922 and maybe a travel humidor. They really know how to take care of their customers and their products!

What's the deal with their age verification? Is it a pain in the butt, or pretty straightforward?
